Delayed payments may result in postponed delivery of final content.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

In case of unforeseen circumstances, Riyaz Studio reserves the right to assign an alternative professional of equal expertise.

Standard projects are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Additional editing requests may extend delivery time.
Copyright & Usage
Riyaz Studio retains the copyright of all images and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive usage rights for personal or commercial use as specified in the agreement.
Images may be used by Riyaz Studio for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details and timelines.
Riyaz Studio is not responsible for missed shots due to schedule delays or restrictions beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Riyaz Studio is not liable for circumstances beyond our control such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures beyond reasonable safeguards.
